See below for mandatory requirements to be eligible to make a claim*
Here is a reminder of the 3 mandatory requirements to be eligible to make a claim:

  1. You purchase was made using a Visa/Mastercard/Amex card.
  2. You make a claim within 90 days of your purchase.
  3.  Your purchase fits one of the following scenarios:
    • you did not receive the goods
    • you are charged the wrong amount, or charged twice by mistake
    • you are charged for a repeat payment after cancelling a subscription
    • the product faulty
    • the item doesn’t correspond to its description
    If your purchase cost you over $100 and up to $30,000, you are entitled to some your money back if:
    • the product  is faulty
    • the company you bought the product or service from breaks their contract with you
    • the company you bought the product or service from does not deliver what they have promised
For your claim to be successful, please supply the correct documents:
  • details of the purchase
  • details of anything that was said that you have relied on
  • any contract you were given
  • any other correspondence you have had with the retailer when trying to fix the problem
