Mandatory requirements to open a claim *

  1. Your purchase was paid with your personal Visa or Mastercard (no PayPal, Klarna, gift cards or business cards).
  2. You file the claim between Day 15 and Day 90 after the transaction date.
  3. The dispute fits one of the scenarios below.
  • Goods or service not received
  • Faulty or counterfeit product (and you arranged return if requested)
  • Wrong amount charged or duplicate charge
  • Subscription payment after cancellation
  • Product or service mis‑described / not as promised

If your credit‑card purchase cost you over £100 and up to £30 000, you may be entitled to some of your money back under UK consumer‑credit law if:

  • the product or service is faulty;
  • the company you bought from breaks its contract with you; or
  • the company fails to deliver what was promised.

You may have one open claim per Active Member per calendar week.

Documents required

  • Order confirmation / invoice
  • Screenshots of product description or promises relied upon
  • Any contract or terms supplied by the retailer
  • Correspondence with the retailer when you tried to resolve the issue
  • Proof of return shipment (if applicable)

*Meeting all three criteria does not guarantee a refund. Outcome depends on evidence and card‑scheme rules.

Make a claim

Here is a reminder of the 3 mandatory requirements to be eligible to make a claim:

  1. You purchase was made using a Visa/Mastercard/Amex card.
  2. You make a claim within 90 days of your purchase.
  3. Your purchase fits one of the following scenarios:
  • you did not receive the goods
  • you are charged the wrong amount, or charged twice by mistake
  • you are charged for a repeat payment after cancelling a subscription
  • the product faulty
  • the item doesn’t correspond to its description
If your purchase cost you over £100 and up to £30,000, you are entitled to some your money back if:
  • the product is faulty
  • the company you bought the product or service from breaks their contract with you
  • the company you bought the product or service from does not deliver what they have promised
For your claim to be successful, please supply the correct documents:
  • details of the purchase
  • details of anything that was said that you have relied on
  • any contract you were given
  • any other correspondence you have had with the retailer when trying to fix the problem
