SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and APH Services LLC (“Shopping Protection”, “we”, “us”). They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions of Use and Money-Back Policy.

1. Free Trial

  • We offer a 7-day free trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will automatically begin your paid subscription.
  • The first charge is the introductory month (£29.99), followed by the standard price (see § 2).

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel (see § 4).

3. Payment Method

  • You must provide a valid payment method at sign-up (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
  • By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, including taxes, to that method.
  • If a payment is declined we may retry, suspend, or terminate your access (see Terms of Use).

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time:
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but you retain full access until the current paid period ends.
  • Deleting the Shopping Protection account or app does not itself cancel the subscription.

5. Price or Term Changes

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we may modify subscription fees or billing intervals.
  • We will give you at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app.
  • If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before it takes effect; otherwise the new rate will apply on your next renewal.

6. Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Except as required by law, all charges are non-refundable.
  • However, the first paid charge after trial is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee—see the Money-Back Policy for eligibility and how to claim.
  • After the 30-day period, no refunds or credits are issued for partial months, downgrade, or unused time.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Residents)

You have 14 days after the first paid charge to withdraw without reason under consumer law. Details and a model form are in the Money-Back Policy.

If you expressly request immediate service supply and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right, only a proportional refund (or none, for delivered digital content) will be due.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first at help@shopping-protection.com before opening a chargeback; we can usually resolve issues faster. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account termination and legal action.

9. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by notice via email or in-app. Continued use after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
